1. SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping options for eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75!

Free standard shipping applies to eligible merchandise subtotals exceeding $75 after discounts and before taxes.

**We do not currently offer Priority or Express Shipping.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

**Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Pickup availability may vary during holidays or special events.

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, delayed, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at lipstickandleggings24@gmail.com.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged items, please include photographs.

We will review the situation and assist with appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

7. PREORDERS AND CUSTOM ITEMS

Preorder and custom merchandise may require additional processing or production time.

Estimated fulfillment information will be provided in the applicable product listing or order details.

8. FINAL SALE POLICY

All purchases are final sale, except where otherwise required by law or where we authorize a remedy for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled merchandise.

Order Processing

Except as otherwise stated on our website, orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays may begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to United States.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, and customs delays. Any applicable charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
